Deposit & Timing
A 15% non-refundable deposit secures your place in my commission queue, with projects booked in the order deposits are received. The remaining balance (plus shipping and any framing) is due before delivery. You’ll receive an estimated timeline after I review your project, and I’ll always communicate any updates. Total process typically takes 3-4 weeks.
Before sealing, I’ll send photos/videos for review, and you may request up to 2 rounds of color-based revisions (e.g., “add more blue”). Additional changes are $50 per round.
Once finalized, your piece is sealed and either shipped or hand-delivered in Raleigh. For clients outside Raleigh, I will ship via UPS or FedEx. For extra large paintings (anything over 30x40 or 36x36) an additional charge of private art transportation will be included in final price communicated to you prior to deposit.
